Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we will offer you a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) for goods purchased if returned within 14 days.

The 14 days returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

Please send us an email to with subject RETURN before sending back the goods, please mention the article and your details.

How to return an item?

  • When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag.
  • Returned goods must reach us no longer than 14 days from the date you receive them, we will not accept returned goods after this time. Please note before making any purchase from this site that any refund can take up to 14 working days.
  • Full refund will be given for the cost of the item however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return
  • We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed and will process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow at least 10 to 14 business days for your refund to appear in your account. We will issue your refund in the same method as to which your item was paid.

International Returns

As an international customer you can return your parcel using any postal service.

Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

For customers outside of the EU, any taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Faulty goods

Please send us an email with a photo of the fault, the description, the article number and if possible, the label.

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault.

We will send you an exchange of the same item or a voucher which needs to be redeemed within 4 months which can be redeemed to a similar item (new collection items are not included)
