Orders over £65 FREE shipping  

Delivery normally takes 2 - 3 working days from the date the order is dispatched.

Orders under £50 the costs are £3.90 Royal Mail Signed For 1nd Class

Please note, due to customs clearance issues, delivery might take occasionally longer than stated in the product description. 

 

Europe Delivery
Tracked 3-5 day delivery: £8.50

Worldwide delivery

Tracked and signed 5-10 working days: £10

 Please note:

  • That we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed;
  • Customs taxes and tariffs are paid by the customer. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees;
  • We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this;
  • Please note, due to customs clearance issues, delivery might take occasionally longer than stated in the product description. 
  • We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) from the day of posting the item

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we will offer you a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) for goods purchased if returned within 10 days. This 10 days returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

Please send us an email to info@squaterella.co.uk with subject RETURN before sending back the goods, please mention the article and your details.

 

    There are a few rules in order to return or exchange a product with Squaterella:
    • Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
    • Original tags must remain attached.
    • Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging. 
    • Please email us on info@squaterella.co.uk for further instructions
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
    • We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed and will process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow at least 5 – 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. We will issue your refund in the same method as to which your item was paid.

    Please note, the responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when you return the goods are yours, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

    Faulty goods

    Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and don’t forget to send us an email with a short description of the fault.
